Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit procedures in line with professional standards
- Supervise and coach junior team members on engagements
- Identify control gaps and communicate findings with clarity and professionalism
- Support IFRS-related reporting discussions with clients
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional progress preferred
- 3+ years of audit experience, ideally in a professional services firm
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Amharic an advantage
