Managing Partner
Shehir Shemolo, FCCA, is Managing Partner at RSM Consulting PLC, bringing over two decades of professional experience in corporate and international tax, indirect tax, tax audit and appeal support, external audit, transaction advisory, and a broad range of business advisory services.
Throughout his career, he has provided strategic and technical guidance to multinational corporations, local companies, and governmental and non-governmental organizations across various industries.
Prior to establishing RSM Consulting PLC, Shehir served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Before his tenure at EY, Shehir gained invaluable public sector experience at the then Federal Inland Revenue Authority (FIRA), now the Ministry of Revenue.
